The residents said that they didn’t get any prior notice and then they directly started the process of the demolition. The residents also told media that they are supposed to get the notice from the Mahanagar Pallika if there place is supposed to be illegal.
But meanwhile the residents told the media that they didn’t get any notice neither from the builder nor from the Mahanagar Palika, and they are now suddenly saying that they are supposed to evacuate as they are going to have demolition for SRA.
There is a big unrest among the residentials of the Ambali Odha as there things were thrown out of the house and they were not given any prior notice and now they are seeming to be helpless.
Even one of the residents firmly said that the local builder said that they are having the support of the Ajit Dada Patil. According to the resident the builder is a relative of Ajit Pawar the deputy chief minsiter of Mahrashtra. Hence they are asking that the state government needs to look into this matter.
One of the lady said that our whole things were thrown out of the house and we didn’t receive any residential place to live. We even didn’t get any time to evacuate now where we are suppose to go ?
Murlidhar Mohol, mayor of Pune, said that the mahanagar pallika does not have any rights to talk in between. It does not come under our jurisdication.
There are many questions as how a demolition process can be done as the Ambali Odha received rains ? Even in COVID period where they will go ?
